A federal judge has just ordered a woman who sued O’Keefe and lost to pay for his legal fees.
O’Keefe explains:
What makes this case special is that this request by O’Keefe for this woman to pay his legal fees was initially denied by a judge.
But U.S. District Judge Martin Reidinger overruled this initial ruling, ordering the woman to pay, and pointed out in his ruling just how dishonest the woman’s legal team had been in claiming this was simply pro bono work.
As O’Keefe points out, this woman’s legal team had been conspiring with a progressive political strategist who wanted to take James O’Keefe down for good.
