BOOM! Judge VINDICATES James O’Keefe and his methods in defamation lawsuit! [VIDEO]

A judge has completely vindicated James O’Keefe and Project Veritas from a defamation lawsuit by a Union teacher from 2016.

It’s a complete and total victory, not just for O’Keefe, but for their methods as well.

He explains below:

Here’s a few tweets O’Keefe put out on this, noting that the judge found that his videos were NOT deceptively edited, as the media likes to say, and were NOT out of context.

O’Keefe says he spent $350k on this lawsuit. I was hoping the judge would have forced the Union teacher to pay for this since he lost badly, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. But O’Keefe does say they were able to raise the money, so that’s good.

I just love when these people are seen saying things, then try to sue claiming it’s all lies. It’s coming out of your mouth! Too bad he wasn’t forced to pay back the $350,000. I don’t understand that.

A great victory for James O’Keefe and PV and for anyone who values the truth.

Unions, big government unions like the teachers unions, have rotted this country from within.

Remember that when you vote for your next local school board members – reject all teacher union backed candidates. Public education needs a huge breath of fresh air. Get teachers union out of public policy and back to only one side of the collective bargaining table.

Leftists, regardless of race, are the bigoted, thuggish, lying, self-aggrandizing racist thieves of our lives and liberties.

This is great news for James O’Keefe and Project Veritas and any other organization that is conducting the same type of undercover investigative journalism. This verdict set a precedent that should vindicate other such organizations who may be in the same situation. It should alleviate unnecessary and frivolous law suits.

This case makes me wonder why O’keefe and Project Veritas lost a court battle with Planned Parenthood back in 2016 when Planned Parenthood sued Project Veritas for the exact same reasons this union president did. Planned Parenthood’s key argument was Project Veritas’ undercover videos were deceptively edited to position Planned Parenthood as being a corrupt and criminal organization.

I think that they probably lost the case with Planned Parenthood because of a different judge. Knowing how deceitful and underhanded PP is they probably went judge shopping early on to get one who was biased in their favor. I’m thinking that after this win that Project Veritas might have an incentive to revisit that case because now it can be shown that the evidence presented in the PP case was truthful and complete.

Avatarphilliesthoughts I certainly considered the political affiliation of the presiding judge in that case. You also echo my thoughts regarding this verdict’s outcome prompting P.V. revisiting the P.P. case. I actually typed that I think it should, but I deleted it. It’ll be interesting to see if James O’Keefe actually pursues it.

Good. I’d hate to see Project Veritas and O’Keefe stopped from exposing the lies, hypocrisy, and illegal dealings of the left. I have to hand it to O’Keefe and his undercover reporters, they’ve got plenty of chutzpah! This is what journalism is all about.

If the press even bothers to report this story, it will assuredly include a smear of the judge.

Thank God, the good guys won for once! PV needs to be touted everywhere in the country, so many people do not even know that they exist.

I get their newsletters and while I’ve never been hounded for money, I have contributed to them before. To me, this is a very worthy investment. Glad he/they won!

I get some snail mail from PV, but never really looked at it. Maybe I will. Once you’ve on “The List,” it’s hard to keep track of all of them.

The ‘teacher’ should pay through the nose. Put a lien on his cushy pension.

Dr. StrangeloveDr. Strangelove thumbsup Based on that exclamation teacher’s reprehensible comments there is no way that he should be allowed to ever teach again or to walk on the premises of the school’s grounds. These undercover videos should be permanently imbedded in his record.
