Democrat Rep. Jayapal lied today when questioning Special Counsel Robert Hur when claiming that he exonerated Joe Biden in his classified documents report.
When she asked Hur if what she said was correct, he began to correct her saying that he did not exonerate Joe Biden.
Jayapal then tried to talk over top of him to try and shut him up and even said “you exonerated him”. But he responded saying “I did not exonerate him. That word does not appear in the report.”
Jayapal then scolded him saying “Mr. Hur, it’s my time.”

Pardon me for saying this, but she really acted like an a-hole to him. She clearly did not want him to answer the question when she saw the direction he was going.
Darrell Issa went back to Hur on this very topic, making clear that Hur did not conclude that Biden had done no wrong:

But even more pointedly, Hur also admitted that a reasonable juror could have found that Biden was guilty and convicted him:

Robert Hur: "Correct." pic.twitter.com/9LbLYlrDtA
