President Trump nailed Harley Davidson for giving in to the pressure on tariffs from the EU:
Surprised that Harley-Davidson, of all companies, would be the first to wave the White Flag. I fought hard for them and ultimately they will not pay tariffs selling into the E.U., which has hurt us badly on trade, down $151 Billion. Taxes just a Harley excuse - be patient! #MAGA

This is very interesting – he’s basically telling them that the tariffs are not permanent and that they should hold off on acting on them. But you can’t blame the company for acting based on enormous financial incentives that are consequences of his actions. Is this what he meant by trade wars being fun and easy to win? Also, #MAGA!!!
