The other day we reported that an Obama judge ruled that Trump’s presidential files at the National Archives could be shared with Pelosi’s hack Jan 6th committee despite his executive privilege.
Trump appealed that decision today and that DC Court of Appeals has granted his request:
BREAKING: The D.C. Court of Appeals grants former Pres. Trump’s request to temporarily block the National Archives from releasing White House records to the January 6th committee citing executive privilege.
Arguments will be made on Nov. 30th.

This is all pending arguments being made at the end of the month, and I would say nothing is anywhere close to certain at this point in terms of the block remaining permanent.
According to DC Examiner, “The three judges on the panel who made the decision were all appointed by either former President Barack Obama or President Joe Biden.”
See what I mean?
Either way, this is good news for now and hopefully the block will stick after arguments are made. If Trump loses, I’m sure he’ll appeal it to the Supreme Court.
