Chucky Schumer must be very nervous right now because it’s being reported by CNN that his popularity among Democrats has dropped big time.
CNN’s top data reporter Harry Enten presented the polling today and he said it screams ‘primary challenge’:
Enten didn’t really explain why Schumer’s polling has dropped so dramatically, but I think we all know that Democrats are still pissed that he didn’t help block a Republican stopgap funding bill and shut the government down last month. So yeah, he’s toast unless they forget about it by the time he runs again in the distant future, which you know he’s counting on. And that will more than likely happen given his term isn’t up until 2029.
