Scott Jennings spoke the truth about Alex Pretti to a CNN panel full of leftists, and they just couldn’t handle it.
Even Abby Phillip tried to pile on Scott by ‘fact-checking’ him on his assertion that Pretti interfered with federal law enforcement.
But Jennings stood his ground and wouldn’t let them lie about it, and they just got crazier:
Jennings is absolutely right about this and, once again, Abby Phillip and the rest of them are wrong. Just look at this video below, where Pretti inserts himself in the middle of a law enforcement operation. To be more specific, Pretti gets nearly chest to chest with an officer defending himself against an agitator, and it looks like Pretti is defending the agitator when he does this:
It’s plain as day to anyone with common sense why Pretti was pepper sprayed. He wasn’t just filming, and this video makes that perfectly clear.
Jennings wrote this on X: “Federal laws prohibit obstructing, resisting, or interfering w/ law enforcement engaged in official duties. 18 U.S.C. § 111 (assaulting/interfering), 18 U.S.C. § 118 (interference w/ protective functions), & 18 U.S.C. § 1509 (blocking court orders). Penalties: fines & prison.”
