Senator Tammy Duckworth this morning tried to get Secretary of State Marco Rubio to oppose the Alien Enemies Act, but he ended up schooling her on why it is so necessary.

She even accused Trump of torturing criminal illegals, but Rubio hit back against that false accusation.

She also tried to get Rubio to say the nation was in a state of war.
