Alan Dershowitz and Joe diGenova were both on Hannity last night, ripping into both Rosenstein and Mueller for how they are handling the Russia probe.

Dershowitz firmly believes that after a year of low hanging fruit and getting certain people to talk, there’s just nothing there.
And both he and diGenova believe that Mueller is setting a perjury trap for Trump by pushing to interview him.
But it’s diGenova that really rips into Rosenstein, like a bulldog. He explains that Trump really isn’t even a ‘subject’, but rather a witness, and that they have nothing on him.
diGenova then proceeds to suggest that both Rosenstein and Mueller, in setting this perjury trap for Trump, are acting both unethically, unprofessionally, and are undermining equal enforcement of the law.
