NOT active shooter: PANIC at Texas mall after thieves smash a jewelry store [Updated]

There are social media reports about an active shooter at La Plaza mall in Texas. Authorities have confirmed it.

This says they were caught:

And it claims multiple shooters, but this is all unconfirmed at this point.

I’ll update as necessary.

OK this is rare – someone has a VERY nice picture showing all the perps having been caught!!!

So it looks like it wasn’t a shooting, but sounded like one.
