BREAKING: Active shooter reported at UNC Chapel Hill in North Carolina [UPDATE: VIDEO OF SUBJECT IN CUSTODY]

An armed and dangerous active shooter has just been reported on the campus at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Below is the initial reporting:

There is already a suspect and he is said to be at large. Police are warning people to shelter place and avoid him if they see him.

I haven’t seen official reporting on injuries yet, but one person in hiding there says at least one person has been shot in the chemistry building:

 
UPDATE: Suspect has been taken into custody near one of the stadium gates. I’m hearing this live as it happens. There were no other details about the arrest given over the radio.
