BREAKING: Appeals court orders Judge Sullivan to DROP Flynn case! – [UPDATE: REACTION!]

Michael Flynn’s request for mandamus against the corrupt judge who refused to drop his case has been granted!

This is great news for Michael Flynn and the DOJ, who as you know dropped the case weeks ago! But Judge Sullivan refused to drop it and thankfully he’s now being ordered to do so.

Also I should note that the one judge out of the three who opposed granting mandamus was the Obama appointee.

As you can imagine, there’s plenty of exuberant reaction from those who understand that Flynn was railroaded:
