President Trump had appealed the order by Judge Boasberg blocking him from deporting violent gangbangers using the Alien Enemies Act, but that appeal was just denied by the appeals court.
Here’s more from Fox News reporter Bill Melugin:
BREAKING: A federal appeals court has DENIED the Trump administration's request to block Judge Boasberg's order on deportations of suspected Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador via the Alien Enemies Act. The order blocks the Trump admin from further deportations via the AEA.

According to Bloomberg, the court says “there is neither jurisdiction nor reason for this court to interfere at this very preliminary stage or to allow the government to singlehandedly moot the plaintiffs’ claims by immediately removing them beyond the reach of their lawyers or the court.”
