BREAKING: Arizona AG announces that Jenna Ellis is cooperating with prosecutors in fake electors case

The attorney general in Arizona has just announced that Jenna Ellis has signed a cooperation agreement in his fake electors criminal case.

In exchange for her cooperation, all charges against Ellis have been dropped.

Here’s the news:

I really don’t understand this fake electors case. I know Democrats have been made a huge deal about this, but these alternate electors would have had to be approved by Congress before they could even be accepted. They were just an alternative that was never approved by Congress, so it seems like all of this should be moot.
