BREAKING: AT LEAST TEN DEAD AS KILLER OPENS FIRE AT SUPERMARKET WHILE TWITCH STREAMING

Ten people were shot and killed at a Buffalo, New York grocery store on Saturday, including a retired police officer. The shooter wore body armor and livestreamed the shooting.

The horrific events unfolded on Saturday afternoon. Police confirm they have a suspect in custody. He has been identified as 18-year-old Payton Gendron, who has posted a so-called manifesto online.

CBS 17 in Buffalo has uploaded some raw video from their reporting at the scene after it was secured.

Here’s an earlier Fox News report with an eyewitness account.

But the shooter was doing a livestream, and there are videos from the store shot by citizens on the scene.

Rather than include this full image from screenshots on social media, I have edited it to upload here, as reference view for the shooter’s livestream. I do not recommend looking for the full image, personally.

Here’s more from BNO News.

A police spokesperson confirmed that the suspect was taken into custody, though his identity was not immediately released. In a video shared on Facebook, a man in military fatigues can be seen being taken into custody. He appeared to have been armed with a semi-automatic rifle.

Saturday’s attack was live-streamed on Twitch and screenshots from the recording showed horrific scenes, including a woman who is shot in the head as she walks outside the store. In other screenshots, victims can be seen on the floor of the supermarket.

“It’s like walking onto a horror movie, but everything is real. It is armageddon-like. It’s so overwhelming,” a police official at the scene told The Buffalo News.

A 106-page online manifesto, believed to have been uploaded by the shooter, explained that he was motivated by a conspiracy theory that white people are being replaced by other races. In the document, he says he is 18 years old and a self-described white supremacist and anti-semite.

This is breaking news and will be updated.
