That one Republican vote is Rand Paul, by the way. He announced this week that he would oppose the nomination.
And one of the Democratic votes is surely Manchin, who announced he would be supporting Barr’s nomination. I think Sinema also made a similar announcement.
What’s sad is that all but three Democrats are so radicalized against Trump that they opposed Barr, even though he’s served in this position before and with distinction.
The White House has already commented on the confirmation:
A major victory for justice and the rule of law in America: the Senate just confirmed President @realDonaldTrump’s outstanding nominee William Barr as Attorney General

UPDATE:
The Democratic votes for Barr are as I said, and also include Doug Jones:
William Barr gets the votes needed to be confirmed as Attorney General, w Dem Senators Doug Jones, Kyrsten Sinema & Joe Manchin voting to confirm. Republican Rand Paul votes no, as he indicated earlier this week, citing Barr's record on privacy issues. Voting continues.
