BREAKING: Biden calls Peter Doocy on the phone after calling him a “stupid son of a bitch”

About an hour after the now infamous moment of where the President* of the United States called Fox News reporter Peter Doocy a “stupid son of a bitch”, Doocy said his cell phone rang and it was Biden:

Doocy said Biden called his cell phone and said “it’s nothing personal pal”. Doocy never specifically said that Biden apologized, and to be honest that doesn’t sound much like an apology. In fact it sounds pretty lame to me if that’s all he said about it.
