Biden’s henchman at the DOJ obtained a search warrant for Trump’s X (Twitter) account in January of this year, without notifying Trump about it. When Jack Smith required X to turn over Trump’s records, they at first tried to withhold them.
But Smith fined them $350k and they quickly complied with the records request:

“I asked someone whose account was suspended at the same time as Trump’s and then reinstated by Musk’s Twitter, and she confirmed that her old DMs appear intact.”
And that X is likely to get more warrants…
