News is just breaking that the Brooklyn subway shooter has been arrested by police.

The New York Post writes that law enforcement confirmed the arrest to them:
The madman who opened fire on a Brooklyn subway car, shooting 10 and leaving another 19 wounded, has been taken into custody, law enforcement sources told The Post.
Early Wednesday, police received a Crime Stoppers tip from someone who claimed they spotted James at a McDonald’s on East 6th Street and First Avenue in the East Village, law-enforcement sources said. When cops arrived, he was no longer there but they soon caught up to him a few blocks away at St. Mark’s Place and First Avenue, the sources said.
They say that James didn’t resist at all.
I’m so glad they finally caught him, but surprised that he was still in New York City.
