The Iowa Caucuses are finally reporting 62% of the vote and it appears Buttigieg is winning:

Sanders – 25.1
Warren – 18.3
Biden – 15.6

But when it comes to the popular vote, Sanders is leading by almost 1200 votes:

It will be hilarious if the winner of the popular vote isn’t the caucus winner. I hope that’s what happens so we can see Democrats who campaign on the popular vote have to deal with this.
As to when the other 38% comes, out I don’t know. But it’s clearly too close to be called right now and we’ll have to keep waiting.
