It’s Mubarak supporters vs anti-Mubarak protesters. As I understand it the anti-Mubarak protesters are trying to keep the Mubarak supporters out of Tahrir Square which is the result of the clashes today. Below is a phone interview with two people on the ground in Tahrir Square (starts near 1:15) that I captured from Al Jazeera a few minutes ago. You can hear the fear in their voices as they describe what is going on there:

Obama shouldn’t demand the depature of Mubarak without knowing who fills void. No Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, or Reagan in Egypt
