Despite the many legal challenges still underway, which President Trump’s legal team is planning to outline in a presser which has been delayed, CNN called the election for Joe Biden this morning.
It was followed quickly by Fox and the AP calling it for Biden.
BREAKING: JOE BIDEN WINS
Joe Biden will be the 46th president of the United States, CNN projects, after a victory in Pennsylvania puts the Scranton-born Democrat over 270 https://t.co/pZ8pr4cMTG #CNNElection pic.twitter.com/4pbJtzY1FT

Bad news from a bad news outlet. How fitting.
We’ll update this post with some video shortly. Notice CNN chose just MOMENTS before the Trump legal team was to discuss the status of the MANY problems with votes in Pennsylvania, and the legal challenges they are mounting. Obviously this was deliberated on CNN’s part, because they are part of the organized effort.
Update: Biden tweets that he has won, despite pending legal challenges. Twitter did not put a warning about the race being called by official sources on this, even though they did on Trump’s tweet.
America, I’m honored that you have chosen me to lead our great country.
The work ahead of us will be hard, but I promise you this: I will be a President for all Americans — whether you voted for me or not.
I will keep the faith that you have placed in me. pic.twitter.com/moA9qhmjn8
