Brian Karem, the idiot Playboy reporter who started a yelling match with Trump supporters in the Rose Garden last month, was suspended by the White House for his poor conduct. Well he took it to court and now the court has reversed the suspension:

A federal judge ruled against the White House on Tuesday and ordered President Trump and Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham to immediately restore the press credentials of Playboy columnist Brian Karem.
US District Judge Rudolph Contreras said in an opinion that Karem had “shown that he is likely to succeed” on his claim that his due process rights were violated when his pass was suspended.
Honestly this is so stupid. Karem was only suspended for a month because his conduct was completely unprofessional. And yet this activist judge orders him to be reinstated because his ‘due process rights’ were violated? Puh-lease.
In case you are wondering, Judge Contreras is a Barack Obama appointee.
