MAJOR UPDATE: It looks like Andrea Mitchell Reports was completely wrong: “There is no filing in the Pa Supreme Court and the Court has NOT overruled any action by the Commonwealth Court”
UPDATE: PA Supreme Court Spokesperson says, “There is no filing in the Pa Supreme Court and the Court has NOT overruled any action by the Commonwealth Court. Again, the PA Supreme Court has NOT taken any actions on any Commonwealth Court case nor do they have any pending filings”

Democrats in Pennsylvania are appealing the victory Team Trump got to observe the vote counting in Philadelphia with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and thus all counting has been halted:
New update, via @MSNBC: Pa. Dems have gone to Pa. Supreme Court to appeal that observers case; Philly count has been halted as a result.

Philadelphia mail-in ballot count has been temporarily halted as Democrats have gone to PA’s Supreme Court to try to reverse the Commonwealth Court ruling allowing Trump observers inside to watch the count (which is also live-streamed) – per @mitchellreports

The question everyone should be asking is why Pennsylvania Democrats do not want people observing their counting of votes? This is ridiculousness on steroids. If they have nothing to hide, they shouldn’t care about people observing their counting of votes.
IMPORTANT: As I’m writing this, the news just broke that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just overturned the ruling that granted Team Trump access to observe the voting in Philadelphia, and counting has now resumed without observation:
New from @mitchellreports: the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has overruled the Commonwealth Court ruling favoring the Trump campaign on watching the mail-in ballot count in Philadelphia. The mail-in counting is resuming.

From what I understand, the Pennsylvania court is an activist court. Time for the Supreme Court to step up and put them in their place.
