Democrats in Virginia are appealing to the Supreme Court to undo the loss they just suffered in the state high court.
Specifically, AG Jay Jones is filing an emergency request to stay the decision:

Democrats are acting like this is a full blown constitutional crisis or something, when it was the Virginia Dems who violated their state constitution.
Yeah, I don’t think the Supreme Court will intervene at all in this one, at least by majority vote.
