Rep. Devin Nunes, the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, just spoke with reporters and confirmed that any Trump communications intercepted during the transition was done so legally via FISA.

So it sounds like Trump wasn’t wiretapped himself, but his communications were picked up via foreign surveillance. So I’m sure all we’re going to here from this point is about Trump apologizing.
I doubt we’ll be hearing much concern about the leaks of this information though, especially considering the news media loves these leaks.
