BREAKING: DOJ fails to secure indictment against Letitia James

The DOJ has once again failed to secure an indictment against the detestable and corrupt Letitia James with a federal grand jury in Virginia.

Here’s the reporting via NBC News:

A federal grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, refused to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James on Thursday, one federal law enforcement source and another person familiar with the matter told NBC News.

This was the Justice Department’s third attempt to indict James following a months-long pressure campaign from President Donald Trump.

A federal judge last month dismissed mortgage-related charges the Justice Department brought against James, as well as separate, unrelated charges against former FBI Director James Comey, after ruling that the prosecutor in both cases was unlawfully appointed. The president appointed the prosecutor, former Trump lawyer Lindsey Halligan, as interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Virginia.

The DOJ also tried and failed last week to secure a new indictment against James in Norfolk, Virginia.

The Justice Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment. James’ attorneys also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

I’ve heard in the past that it’s fairly easy to get a grand jury indictment against someone with solid evidence, so it makes me wonder if their evidence is just so flimsy that it doesn’t hold water. Or that they keep getting grand juries that are full of leftists. I don’t know. But this is crazy.
