This same official said a few minutes later that they’ve found him. So, that’s not to say he’s not still a person of interest.

The FBI and NYPD have just released that they are looking for a second person in relation to the Manhattan truck attack that happened yesterday.
His name is Mukhammadzoir Kadirov:
