FCC Chairman Brendan Carr just announced that he’s opened an investigation into both ABC and Disney over concerns they are discriminating against people with their use of DEI.
Here’s what he said:
I have asked the @FCC’s Enforcement Bureau to open an investigation into Disney & ABC.
While Disney started as an iconic American company, it recently went all in on DEI.

I love this because DEI is absolutely discrimination! I hope he nails them to the wall over this.
