BREAKING: Federal judge blocks Biden deportation moratorium INDEFINITELY

The same federal judge who issued a temporary ban on Biden’s 100 day moratorium on deportations has now blocked it indefinitely:

NY POST – A federal judge in Texas indefinitely blocked President Biden’s order banning most deportations for 100 days.

District Judge Drew Tipton issued a preliminary injunction on enforcement of the ban late Tuesday.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton earlier sued to block the ban, claiming it was “unconstitutional” and would cause substantial economic hardships on the Lone Star State to carry it out.

Tipton, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, in January temporarily blocked Biden’s order for 14 days because it failed “to provide any concrete, reasonable justification for the 100-day pause.”

Biden’s 100-day ban would have applied to any immigrants in the country illegally who have received final deportation orders with exceptions for terrorism or espionage.

This is great news from a legal perspective, but Biden has already begun halting as many deportations as he can by using a phony selective enforcement trick. ICE is only allowed to deport illegals who:

  1. Pose a threat to national security
  2. Have crossed the border since Nov. 1
  3. Have committed “aggravated felonies”

That’s it. All other illegals found in the country by ICE law enforcement who don’t fall into these categories, which is most of them, can’t be deported unless special permission is granted. And you know it won’t be.
