BREAKING: Federal judge BLOCKS Kristi Noem policy preventing members of Congress from visiting certain ICE offices

Deparment of Homeland Security Secretary, Kristi Noem, set a policy that required members of Congress to give seven days notice before visiting an ICE facility. The policy also restricted members of Congress from visiting ICE field offices, simply because there are no detainees present at these offices.

I’m sure she did this because some Democratic members of Congress are very hostile to ICE because of deportations of criminal illegals, and she’s trying to protect these officers from being exposed by them.

But a federal judge has just blocked Secretary Noem’s policy, claiming this policy violates the law, and the basis of this ruling is that the funding being used to implement this policy was appropraited by Congress.

Here’s the news:

Kyle Cheney also writes: A judge has restored lawmakers’ unfettered access to ICE detention facilities, her third ruling to block Secretary Noem’s policy attempting to limit unannounced visits from members of Congress.

This judge is a Joe Biden appointee, and you can bet your bottom dollar this will be quickly appealed.
