This is a bit anticlimactic, as Rick Scott has already declared victory in a speech when most were saying the race was too close to call.
But now Fox News has finally declared him the victor in this race:

That’s not even a one point victory. It’s very close, but the lead is big enough to apparently keep the seat from being contested any further.
This is another Democrat seat pickup for the GOP in the Senate, which is huge. That puts the GOP at 52 seats in the Senate with 3 more still outstanding. Obviously the GOP has held the Senate.
