Glenn Youngkin was asked a few minutes ago about Trump’s bizarre statement to him this morning.
Youngkin responded by saying he has been very busy this morning and hadn’t seen it yet, but “that’s not the way I roll”.

Youngkin responded “First of all I didn’t see it and I have to be honest, I’ve been busy all morning. Listen. You all know me – I do not call people names. I really work hard to bring people together. That’s what we’re working on.”
The reporter asking Youngkin about it pushes him on it, saying “But he’s calling you a name.”
Youngkin added “Well that’s what I’m saying. That’s not the way I roll and not the way I behave.”
A reasonable response and not really a lot there. But I’m sure it will be enough to get Trump’s dander up, which isn’t hard right now. I just hope Trump leaves it alone, moves on and stops attacking conservatives on the right that he sees as potential rivals.
