BREAKING: Gov DeSantis just suspended Democrat mayor after arrest for Voter Fraud

Governor Ron DeSantis just suspended North Miami Beach’s corrupt Democrat mayor after he was arrested for voter fraud:

Free Beacon explains that Mayor Anthony DeFillipo was changed with three third-degree felonies for illegally voting in three elections:

Here’s more on the charges:

A Democratic mayor in Florida was arrested and charged with three counts of voter fraud, punishable by up to five years in prison.

Anthony DeFillipo, mayor of North Miami Beach, was charged with three third-degrees felonies for allegedly voting illegally in three elections. He’s the third mayor of that city to be arrested in 11 years.

DeFillipo didn’t even live in his city, violating the city charter, but he drove to North Miami Beach to vote three times, in August, October, and November, according to the Miami Herald. He reportedly lives in neighboring Davie, where he was recorded in cell phone data driving from home to vote in North Miami Beach.

“It wasn’t as if, ‘Oops, I forgot once,’” Miami-Dade state attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said. “This is three times in rapid succession.”

DeFillipo’s attorney Michael Pizzi denied the allegations and said they “look forward to a speedy exoneration.”

I thought there was no such thing as voter fraud? Yeah, we know. We’ve always known, it’s just so dang hard to prove these days.

But kudos to the Miami-Dade state attorney for arresting DeFillipo and to Governor DeSantis for suspending him.
