Governor DeSantis announced tonight that he’s finally returned 878 million to the federal government because of strings put on the money by Joe Biden.
And he worked with Elon Musk and DOGE to make it happen.
Here’s the explanation:
For years, Florida has been trying to return federal funds to the federal government due to the ideological strings attached by the Biden Administration—but they couldn’t even figure out how to accept it. How hard is it ta take back taxpayer money? It’s absurd that it took DOGE to make it happen, but major kudos to DeSantis for doing this.
