Like Scoop told you yesterday, Michael Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick have been referred to the Department of Justice for investigation by Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley. But news just broke that today Grassley referred even more charges against Avenatti, and with good reason.
As outlined here at the Right Scoop, the NBC story they conveniently forgot to publish while they were trying to burn Kavanaugh down finally came out and it shows just how dishonest the creepy porn lawyer really is. So in addition to the letter he sent yesterday, Grassley sent another today. Shannon Bream tweeted the screenshots. He’s being referred for investigation here, not charged. But the investigation is to decide if there will be charges on these points.
