BREAKING: Here is the charging doc initially filed by Fulton DA before they deleted it

The charging document from the State of Georgia against Donald J. Trump which Reuter’s saw this morning was captured and Yashar Ali has it below.

Here’s a larger version, which shows 12 felony charges and one ‘serious felony’, which is violation of the state’s RICO act. Sounds like they are trying to throw the book at him.

This document has the judge’s name on it and she was appointed by Gov. Kemp back in 2019.

Some of this could change between now and the indictment later this week but I’m betting this is what they intend to charge and didn’t mean to leak.
