UPDATE: I’m seeing really odd reports from Putin’s propaganda outfit RT saying the guy has surrendered after a short discussion with cops, but that’s not what eyewitnesses say.

Here’s a local report:
An estimated 30 shots were fired Saturday morning near a motorcycle shop in downtown Neenah. At least one victim was transported to a hospital, officials said.
One person came out of the building and surrendered with his hands up. There are reports of a second surrender as well.
Police from multiple agencies have been on the scene since about 10 a.m.
Mayor Dean Kaufert confirmed the shots fired and said it remains an active scene.
The mayor said he believes police have been in communication with people in the basement of the motorcycle shop.
“It’s every community’s nightmare,” Kaufert said.
So. That’s crazy.
