The House Ethics Committee Chair, Michael Guest, is voicing reservations about releasing the report on Matt Gaetz according to Punchbowl News.
Melanie Zanona reports that Guest’s reservations have to do with the report not being “in a final draft yet.”
NEWS: House Ethics Committee Chair Michael Guest tells us he has “reservations” about releasing the Gaetz report because it is not a final draft yet.
Also doesn’t say whether the committee will for sure have a vote on it today. The panel will meet at 1pm.

She also adds that one option they have instead of releasing the report publicly is to just transmit it to the Senate:
Guest did say that among their options is releasing the report publicly or transmitting it to the Senate. (Again, he did not say what the panel would actually do or what his preference is.) https://t.co/NFvlv8u3gV

As I’ve said before, if Joe Biden’s corrupt FBI and DOJ couldn’t find anything unlawful in this case worthy of prosecuting Gaetz, then Gaetz is innocent and the Ethics Committee shouldn’t release the report. Period.
