BREAKING: House Oversight to hold first hearing impeachment inquiry next Thursday

The House Oversight Committee run by James Comer will hold their first hearing on the Joe Biden impeachment inquiry next Thursday, according to the Daily Mail.

This was confirmed to them by the committee spokesman, who said they intend to subpoena bank records from Hunter and James Biden:

House Republicans will hold their first hearing in the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden next Thursday – and plan to subpoena son Hunter’s and brother James’s bank records.

A House Oversight Committee spokesman confirmed the first hearing on September 28 to DailyMail.com.

‘The House Oversight Committee will hold its first hearing on the impeachment inquiry next Thursday, September 28.

‘The hearing will focus on constitutional and legal questions surrounding the President’s involvement in corruption and abuse of public office.

‘The Committee also intends to subpoena Hunter and James Biden’s personal and business bank records as early as this week.

‘The Oversight Committee will continue to follow the evidence and money trail to provide the transparency and accountability that Americans demand from their government.’

The hearing is not on the schedule and I don’t yet know if it will be a public hearing. May guess is it will be held behind closed doors in order to keep it from turning into a sideshow. If it is public we’ll be sure and bring it to you live.
