The House of Representatives just passed the debt ceiling deal by an overwhelming majority – even among Republicans. The final vote is 314 to 117.
But there were 71 Republicans who did vote against the bill which is pretty significant:

Now that the debt ceiling deal has cleared the House, it goes to the Senate where Republicans like Mike Lee and Rand Paul will try to keep it from passing in its current form.
But I suspect that, just like the House, enough Senators from both parties will pass the bill and then it will head to Biden’s desk.
