[UPDATE: VIDEO OF DAMAGE] – IDF sends fighter jet, combat helicopter into Lebanon after multiple attacks and 3 UAVs sent by Hezbollah

The IDF announced this morning that they responded to a Hezbollah terrorist squad firing into Israel this morning with a fighter jet and a combat helicopter in Lebanon.

They also report that three UAVs were sent by Hezbollah and hit near an IDF post but there were no casualties:

Below is the translation:

Earlier today, the IDF attacked a terrorist squad that tried to launch anti-tank missiles in the Merhavin area, in addition the IDF attacked terrorist infrastructure of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanese territory with a fighter jet, a combat helicopter and tank fire in response to launches into Israeli territory earlier today.

In addition, about 25 launches were identified from Lebanese territory towards Israeli territory at a number of locations in the border area, air defense fighters intercepted several launches and the rest fell in open areas, and three UAVs were identified that hit near an IDF post, and there were no casualties.

IDF forces attacked the sources of fire.

I would note that the Merhavin area is about 30 miles south of the border in Northern Israel. It sits just north of the West Bank.

And this is reportedly one of the UAVs sent by Hezbollah into Israel:
