Jason Miller has been confirmed to be the Trump adviser in the indictment who told Trump there was no fraud in the 2020 election.
Here’s the report from CNN:
“We are now learning that the senior campaign adviser who is signified in this indictment as one of the people who was giving Trump the harshest assessment that there was no fraud after the election that would overturn the vote, that person is Jason Miller” pic.twitter.com/37qEINbwFw

Jack Smith claims in the indictment that Trump knew there was no fraud even though he was pushing the fraud narrative. That was undoubtedly because of what Miller was telling Trump. But just because Miller told Trump there was no fraud doesn’t mean Trump believed him. In fact I’m sure he didn’t based on the countless interviews and statements Trump has made since election night in 2020.
Jack Smith’s going to have a heck of a time trying to prove Trump believed Miller and short of factual statements of Trump saying that, he’s going to fail.
