It’s breaking news right now that Jeff Flake has released a statement affirming that he will vote yes for Kavanaugh – not just in the committee, but in the upcoming floor session as well:
So in other words, he’s still a flake. But because of our system that presumes innocence, he’ll do the same.
I’ll take it!
