Of all the bizarre things to announce, Joe Biden has just told the world that his administration needs more money for a second pandemic which they are planning for.
I kid you not.

Biden was asked about funding he wanted from Congress for his new baby vaccinate drive and for COVID in the fall, and this is what he said:
“We’ll get through at least this year. We do need more money, but we don’t just need more money for vaccines for children, eventually. We need more money to plan for the second pandemic. There’s going to be another pandemic and we have to think ahead. … That’s why we need the money.”
“We need more money to plan for the second pandemic”?????? What in the heck is Biden talking about?
I don’t know if his mouth is out in front of his brain again or if he’s actually being serious, but this is the kind of stuff that drive conspiracies.
And his quip about Trump not planning for future pandemics is utter garbage. It was the Obama/Biden administration that failed to prepare for future pandemics so that when the 2020 COVID pandemic happened, Trump had to engage the private sector using his emergency powers just to get enough ventilators made for patients that desperately needed them. And he did it in style!
Biden is such a liar that I honestly don’t know what to make of his comments above. Is he actually planning a coming pandemic? Or is he just guessing there will be another one? He’s asking for money so it sounds more like the former….
