That’s an elderly Joe Biden sunbathing on the beach in Delaware after enjoying a short week because of his vacation last weekend:

As the RNC points out, Joe Biden has spent nearly 40% of his presidency on vacation and the media yawns. This after they constantly went after Trump for golfing as president, among many other things.
