It’s just being reported that John Bolton will actually testify before Schiff’s committee next week:

It looks like Bolton will appear unless the White House blocks it, which I can almost guarantee they will do. Bolton spent a lot of time with Trump and considering how Trump isn’t allowed to have White House attorneys present, I can’t imagine they will allow it to happen.
Democrats are probably assuming if they can get Bolton in the room that he will dish on Trump. But Bolton’s just not that kind of guy. As much as he may disagree with Trump on certain issues, I really don’t think Bolton seeks to undermine Trump like others in the administration have done.
