It was reported this morning that Judge Merchan has granted President-elect Trump’s request to pursue dismissing Alvin Bragg’s phony case against him.
Merchan is once again delaying sentencing indefinitely to allow this motion to dismiss.

Bragg has already indicated that he’s okay with waiting until President-elect Trump’s term is over to put him in prison. This cannot be allowed and hopefully Merchan grants this motion to dismiss.
