It’s just being reported that Judge Juan Merchan has agreed to delay any decision on sentencing until later this month when it comes to the phony hush money case against now-President-elect Trump.
According to the reporting, Alvin Bragg needs more time to figure out what to do since Trump just won a massive election:

News: Judge Juan Merchan has granted a joint application from Trump’s lawyers and the Manhattan DA to stay the current deadlines in the hush-money case until November 19, including his decision on Trump’s immunity motion, which was expected today.
