The judge overseeing Michael Flynn’s sentencing has just issued, on the even of Flynn’s sentencing, a new order to Mueller that he publicly release the 302 prepared right after Flynn’s January interview, with redactions:
Ok I’m confused, because we were told that Mueller didn’t turn in the original 302 written right after Flynn’s interview. But now it sounds like he did turn it in, but under seal – if I’m reading this order correctly.
The judge says in the order that the proposed redactions by Mueller are appropriate, meaning he’s seen the documents and the redactions, and is now saying for Mueller to make it public because it is relevant to the sentencing.
Below is the redacted release of the 302:
Per judge's order tonight, prosecutors have now filed the redacted 302 (FBI interview notes) prepared after agents sat down with Michael Flynn on 1/24/17. Here it is: https://t.co/c3tX2Rz8wf pic.twitter.com/n8W1Vg1vqG
